Polis and horde (or why west will never understand Russia)

Sorry for my English, it's never be my strongest side. But I think, that this idea must read all, who can.

Both – historically and today, Russia more than once has drawn stalemate Western European politicians. Unfortunately, assessing the structure of countries, it appears, that this situation occurred not because the Russian side would be very smart, but because the West this country were evaluated on their own criteria without regard to the actual situation. Admittedly, this is another terrific example of how the concepts of faith has paid millions of lives and become the cause of many of the wrong political decisions.

To better understand the following my Opinion, I start from afar. I assume that many has asked the question - why one country manages development, while another - not. Reading the various fantasy novels, I was stunned, when I learned, how much inventor and genius of people have been in Russia and China, who have worked for the same, which was later invented in Western Europe, but the technological solutions developed directly in Europe and the US. Trying to find the criteria that show where lies factor for development, paying attention to the existence of country variations and they are not political orientations, but the construction structure of country. Solving this puzzle mind suddenly looked quite incredible scene that time it also shows the real situation.

Pulling historical parallels, calling the state structure forms on polise and horde. Polis example is the ancient Greek city-states, which became the Progress centers in the ancient world. Horde example - Batie Mongolian crowd which created the modern Russian historical foundations. Both countries design principles inherent in a number of geographical and ethical factors.

Polis geographically technological and spiritual development is concentrated in one or more centers, thereby creating the foundations for effective development. This time is also the weakness of the polis - dropping the center lacks the resources to continue the fight. Ethical moment - leaders are worried about the fate of their citizens because they are aware that the state and their own well-being is dependent on people. A special feature - often willing to give up the country to the enemy, if aware that resistance will bring destruction. Then often people regaining their freedom, but this step is rarely appreciates from their own citizens and others. Weakness - if managers are not interested in the fate of the polis of the population, the national ethical and often technologically collapses. Typical example - the Roman Empire, which started as a Roman city state, but into the power Barbarian emperors and greedy loan sharks, collapsed, despite the established best ancient system of government. Therefore polis biggest problem is the ability to control and to convince leaders that they must take care of the people and take into account their performance. The result is usually a public prosperity - both in ancient Greece and modern times in Western European states where the population is forced to take into account their views.

Horde distinguishing characteristic - statehood system it takes over from the conquered territories. If the geographical center exists, it really does not mean anything, because the Horde faction is in power, not popular representation no matter to what extent. Horde center means the place where converge the tax money rather than concentrating development place. Horde golden age was the Middle Ages - the king is more important than everything. Population abandoned to its own devices, because taking care of people perceived as weakness in power. Almost all Arab countries to operate on the principle of hordes, and therefore the United States in its efforts to democratize are quite funny - is not the center, which impose to ensure all residents of the opponent's capitulation and the adoption of rules, the fact that one faction is losing the battle, just means that now start struggle for power by another faction. When went Hussein, Osama bin Laden appeared, went it dies, appeared IGIL etc. Nor is it ethically positive factor for its citizens – for Horde they have always been only as resurse to further the goals and democracy ideas people and other power groups takes as weakness rather than taking care of people. At the same time it is the hordes of weak point - to sacrifice their soldiers leads to the weakening of national human resources. Typical example - the 19th century, the Ottoman Empire, which had fallen behind technologically competitors from all countries, but continued to throw under cannon fire poorly armed and poorly organized crowds of soldiers, until there was not mens, who really can fight.

Occurred to me these characteristics shows wrong western policy towards Russia. Early 18th century Peter I did a tremendous job of changing political reality, which was continued by his successors. Horde to western states was presented as policy. Established in the capital city of St. Petersburg, which became the scientific center of the empire, introduced in court etiquette, the national regulatory system as in the west, as well as many other factors. To convince the West that Russia is closely related to them, helps occupied many Eastern European countries, where lived people close to the polis system thinking.

The idea that Russia is the same as in European states, became a major strategic error conquerors plans. The capital was already willing to give, but the soldiers imposed goal - to die, but not to depart.

But wars beyond the areas where the Horde is not ready to battle with everything, horde usually lose the first serious opponent, because ambitions of generals are often donated to army resources and training. There are many examples - in the Arab defeat in the fight against the francs, Turkish stop at Vienna. Russia has the victory only against opponents frail, but always against stronger the losses occurred. The early 19th century - the continuous defeats in the fight against Napoleon, 1856 Year - Crimean War, 1905 - War with Japan, 1940 - the invasion of Finland. The last to be called a victory, but it's only as long as does not evaluate the fallen ratios on both sides. Can be called a victory of Russian success against Georgia, but at the same time the same name took place in Chechnya is difficult - winning result Russia is very destructive, both economically and in the criminal sphere. Such an example is overflowing all Russian history.

Unfortunately, the West continues to climb to mistakes and, consequently, tries to evaluate Russian activities in Ukraine from them point of view. Unfortunately, if you look at the real point of view,

horde is always ready for a very long conflict, which is not pleasing polise system. Polis long conflict means that the state does not care about their own people, horde it is an opportunity to show that it protects its own for authorities and people from the external enemy. Therefore nightmarish Western efforts to change anything Ukrainian situation is simply absurd and even harmful.
